Note on mechanical noise
The recorder produces out mechanical
noise while operating, which is caused by
the power-saving system of the recorder
and it is not a problem.

Note on digital recording
This recorder uses the Serial Copy
Management System, which allows only
first-generation digital copies to be made
of premastered software. You can only
make copies from a home-recorded MD
by using the analog (line out) connections.
