(f OpenMG Jukebox icon is already displayed on the Task tray

The setup program will not be run and the software will not be installed. First,

right-click on the OpenMG Jukebox icon on the task tray and select [Exit] to removí
the icon, then start the setup program again.

After the installation* is completed, click [Restart] to restart the computer.
* The installation may take 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your system environment.

Connect your Net MD to your computer.

If the OpenMG Jukebox icon is set to display on the Task tray

The first time you connect the Net MD to the computer after installing OpenMG
Jukebox Ver. 2.2, remove OpenMG Jukebox icon from the Task tray before
connecting. From the next time, this is not necessary.

Start OpenMG Jukebox.

Note

Do not delete, move, or edit the installed folders using Windows Explorer or any other application.
Doing so could cause the OpenMG Jukebox database to become unstable or corrupted.

If an older version of OpenMG Jukebox is installed

If OpenMG Jukebox Ver. l.X, OpenMG Jukebox Ver. 2.0, or OpenMG Jukebox Ver. 2.1
(only VAIO pre-installed) is installed in your computer, go to step 3 and select
[OpenMG Jukebox 2.2].

The older version of OpenMG Jukebox is uninstalled automatically and older version
songs are automatically upgraded, so you can still enjoy them with OpenMG Jukebox
Ver. 2.2.

*^'Hints

• Before upgrading the software, make sure to check in songs that were checked out from the older

version of OpenMG Jukebox (Ver. l.X/2.0/2.1) to be replaced. If not, it may not be possible to
check the songs in after the upgrade.

• The message "Remove shared File?" will appear during uninstallation. If you dick [Yes to All],

"Are you sure you want to proceed?" will appear. Click [Yes }. If you do not see the message,

dick the minimize buttons to try minimizing all windows to check for the message on the Desk
top. If [Yes to All] does not appear in the display, click [Yes].

• If the computer does not respond or the display freezes for a long time, press the return key once.

If the computer do not respond, restart the computer.
