Setting up the speaker system

Place the L - speaker to the left and the R - speaker to the right.
Place the wireless speakers facme each other about 1 m (2 to 3 feet)

above your listening position (H).
The approximate effective area of the infrared ray emitted from the

transmitter is 10 m (30 feet) (0). Adjust the position, direction and angle of
the transmitter so the wireless speakers (STANDBY (red) indicator and
infrared receptor) are within the effective area.
You can place the transmitter on top of the TV, an other component (0),

or hang it on a wall (Q).

Using the speaker system

Set the amplifier’s POWER switch to ON.
The power for the transmitter is supplied by the amplifier. When you turn

on the amplifier’s power, the transmitter starts emitting infrared rays and
the infrared receptors on the speakers {[3) receive the signals. When the
speakers receive signals, the infrared receptor lights up green. If the
infrared receptor lights up red, the ^nal is not reaching the receptor.

• The infrared ray will not penetrate walls or opaque glass.

Therefore, the transmitter must be placed "in sight" of the wireless
speakers.

• Placing the transmitter too far away from the wireless speakers

may cause noise.

• Do not block the path between the wireless speakers and the transmitter.

Otherwise, the speakers will be noisy and then enter stand by mode.

• When you are using other appliances that emit infrared rays at the same

time, may be happen of the jamming, do not use at the same time.

• Use the transmitter only, for keep off the jamming.
• If the sound from the speakers is very soft or not clear, turn the wireless

speakers towards the transmitter.

• When you are using the speaker system for long time, the surface of the

transmitter getting hot but no damage for the unit.

• If you experience noise from the wireless speaker while the transmitter is

disconnected, turn off the power of the input adaptor or amplifier before
disconnecting the plug.

Troubleshooting

No sound or only a very low sound level is heard from the
speakers.

• Make sure the transmitter is securely connected to the amplifier.
• The surround sound is turned off.
• Adjust the volume of the Wireless rear speakers (on the amplifier).

• Check the sound image balance with the TEST TONE feature (on the

amplifier).

• The infrared transmitter is too far from, or not aimed at the Wireless

speaker.

• Remove any obstructions between the transmitter and the Wireless

speakers.
