Remove the two screws securing each pit cover support. Set the screws and
covers aside.

RECORD
Be sure you record the dynamometer and/or eddy current brake number on
the inside cover of this manual.

The eddy current brake can be installed on either side of your dyno, the installation
instructions are the same.

Install the bearing using two 1/2-13 x 1.25-inch flanged bolts. Leave the bolts
loose.
Note: If you are retrofitting an early model dyno which does not have the bearing
mounting holes, refer to the instructions in Appendix C.
