Follow these steps to apply the tapes:
S TEP 1: W RAP M OLDABLE P LASTIC S EAL T APE
• Make sure the
antenna shaft, cable,
and connectors are
clean and dry.
• Attach the antenna
cable to the antenna
connector.
• Start wrapping the
plastic seal tape
1.0 inch below the
base of the antenna
cable connector
cover, and wrap
upward to 1.0 inch
above the base of the
antenna shaft.
• As you wrap, overlap
the previous wrap
layer by 1/2 the width
of the tape.
