6. The operator will key in the number of times the belt traveled past the reference point.

7. The integrator will then calculate the pulses per unit of measure. This will be used for displaying the

speed of the belt and totalizing the weight during operation.

8. The number of belt revolutions is stored as the test duration. This value is used for auto calibration when

the integrator is being calibrated to the load cell.

5.2

Integrator Calibration

There are three modes of integrator calibration:

Auto Cal

Material Cal

Zero Cal

All three calibration methods are described in the following sections and are their softkey locations.
