Positioning encoders
The Vision 250E is fitted with rotary optical incremental encoders for pan (18) and tilt (20) , ac-
cessed via a connector (3) on the tilt encoder. Input power to the encoders is +5 V dc at 200mA
maximum.
The quadrature square wave outputs are designed for connection to TTL-compatible circuitry and
provide high-resolution real-time digital output of up to 696,667 counts for 360° of pan and
533,333 counts for 360° of tilt.
