REPLACEMENT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

To order replacement parts and accessories, please contact the Welch Allyn office
nearest to you. The phone numbers for these offices are provided on page 26.

SERVICE

Except for the replaceable AA batteries, this instrument contains no user-
serviceable parts. Return the thermometer to a Welch Allyn authorized service
center for service and repair. Refer to the Technical Manual.

WELCH ALLYN SERVICE POLICY

Only a Welch Allyn Service Center can perform or approve all repairs on products
under warranty. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty. Qualified electronics
personnel or at a Welch Allyn Service Center should repair out-of-warranty
products.

CONTACTING WELCH ALLYN

If you encounter an equipment problem that you cannot resolve, call the Welch
Allyn Service Center nearest you for assistance. Welch Allyn offers telephone-
based technical support on normal business days at the phone numbers listed on
page 26.

Before returning a product for repair, you must first obtain authorization from
Welch Allyn. If you are advised to return a product to Welch Allyn for service or
repair, you should schedule the repair with the Welch Allyn Service Center
nearest you.

Welch Allyn service personnel with provide you with a Return Materials
Authorization (RMA) number. Print this number on the outside of your shipping

box.

Welch Allyn does not accept returns that are missing an RMA
number.
