Gewährleistung
Welch Allyn gibt bei neuen Welch Allyn-Produkten eine Gewährleistung Freiheit von Herstellungsfehlern
in Material und Verarbeitung. Bei normaler Verwendung und Bedienung wird die einwandfreie
Funktion entsprechend der vom Hersteller angegebenen Leistungsmerkmale gewährleistet. Der
Gewährleistungszeitraum* beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum des Geräts bei Welch Allyn Inc. bzw. einer
autorisierten Vertriebsstelle. Die Verpflichtungen von Welch Allyn beschränken sich auf die Reparatur
und den Ersatz von Teilen, deren Fehlerhaftigkeit von Welch Allyn innerhalb des Gewährleistungs-
zeitraums festgestellt werden muss. Diese Gewährleistung gilt für den ursprünglichen Käufer und kann
nicht an Dritte weitergegeben oder übertragen werden. Diese Gewährleistung gilt nicht bei möglichem
Versagen des Produkts oder Schäden, bei denen durch Welch Allyn unsachgemäße Verwendung, Unfälle
(einschließlich Versandschäden), Unachtsamkeit, unsachgemäße Wartung, Veränderungen oder
Reparaturen nachgewiesen werden, die nicht von Welch Allyn oder einem autorisierten
Kundendienstvertreter vorgenommen wurden.
*Gewährleistung für Zubehör: Zwei Jahre Gewährleistung
Diese ausdrücklichen Gewährleistungen gelten anstelle aller anderen ausdrücklichen und konkludenten
Gewährleistungen, z. B. der Gewährleistung der Handelbarkeit und Eignung für einen bestimmten
Zweck. Im Zusammenhang mit dem Verkauf des Produkts von Welch Allyn sind keine weiteren Personen
autorisiert, Haftungsverpflichtungen für Welch Allyn zu übernehmen. Welch Allyn haftet nicht für direkte,
zufällige oder mittelbare Verluste und Schäden, die aus der Verletzung der ausdrücklichen Gewährleistungs-

Connections
Attach the bulb to the sphygmomanometer valve assembly. Screw it tightly against the gasket on the gauge.
Make certain an airtight seal is achieved at all connection points.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe with slightly dampened cloth or alcohol pad.
Warranty
Your Welch Allyn product, when new, is warranted to be free from original defects in material and work-
manship and to perform in accordance with manufacturer's specifications under normal use and service.
The warranty period* begins from the date of purchase from Welch Allyn, Inc. or its authorized distribu-
tors. Welch Allyn's obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of components determined by
Welch Allyn to be defective within the warranty period. These warranties extend to the original pur-
chaser and cannot be assigned or transferred to any third party. This warranty shall not apply to any
damage or product failure determined by Welch Allyn to have been caused by misuse, accident (includ-
ing shipping damage), neglect, improper maintenance, modification, or repair by someone other than
Welch Allyn or one of its authorized service representatives.
*Accessory Warranty: Two-year warranty
These express warranties are in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including the
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and no other person has been author-
ized to assume for Welch Allyn any other liability in connection with the sale of the Welch Allyn prod-
uct. Welch Allyn shall not be liable for any loss or damages, whether direct, incidental, or consequen-
tial, resulting from the breach of any express warranty, except as set forth herein.
