This troubleshooting guide may help you find a possible cause of and solution to a problem. If there are still

Common sympton Possible cause Remedy
No function Mains power is not connected Connect to mains power outlet
Power is OFF Turn the power ON.
No playback No disc is inserted Insert a disc.
