Troubleshooting

My Device is not charging: Confirm that your device
is properly connected to Power Bank with the appropriate USB connector
as described in the Quick Start section. Press the multifunction button on the
front to indicate charge status. If power levels are shown, press and hold the
multifunction button for 2 seconds to toggle the power. If no power level status is
shown, please connect Power Bank to a power source to charge.
