• The status indicator lights are
not glowing: The charge status lights are designed not
to illuminate when your device is charging unless plugged into a power
source. Check the battery indicator on the screen of your device to verify that
it is charging. Press the multifunction button to indicate remaining charge status. If
no status is shown, please connect Power Bank to a power source to charge.
