Remove supplied bolts from the back of
cast concrete mantel piece.

Have another person hold mantel in
place against fireplace surface while you
insert bolts and washers from inside the
fireplace. Using 9/16” socket, tighten
bolts until secure. Cast concrete top can
be set into place at this time as well.
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN OR USE
MANTEL TO LIFT FIREPLACE
