Using the Spray Deterrent
• Place the Spray Deterrent where you don’t want the pet to go (e.g. kitchen worktops, near
potted plants, etc).
• Turn the Motion Detector Unit ON ( | ); wait a few seconds for the Motion Sensor to
stabilize itself.
• A spray will be released when the Motion Sensor detects the movement of the pet.
Care & Cleaning
Turn the Spray Deterrent OFF ( O ). Use a cloth and mild soapy water to wipe the unit, paying
close attention to cleaning the Spray Nozzle. Do not fully submerse the Spray Deterrent in water.
It is recommended that the unit be cleaned every other month to prevent clogging. The need for
cleaning will depend on usage.
