Treat Dispenser LED – Function and Response
Treat Dispenser Function LED Response
Treat Dispenser is turned on Battery status LEDs flash for 3 seconds
Treat Dispenser is on and idle No LEDs or flashing
Treat Dispenser is on with low battery 3 Red LEDs flash 3 times every 10 seconds
Signal from Handheld Remote is received 3 Orange LEDs flash once
Pairing Mode
3 Green LEDs flash once every second
Pairing successful 3 Orange LEDs flash once
Step 3
To Pair the Handheld Remote and Treat Dispenser
The Handheld Remote and Treat Dispenser are paired from the factory. If you installed the
batteries properly and the Treat Dispenser is not responding to the Handheld Remote, follow
these steps:
1. Turn the Treat Dispenser on by pressing and holding down the power button for 4
seconds. The green LED will flash once every second indicating that the Treat Dispenser
is in pairing mode.
2. While standing at least 3 feet away, push and release the Handheld Remote button once.
3. If the Remote ID is not already stored in memory, the Treat Dispenser LEDs will flash
orange and emit a confirmation tone (if the audible tone is enabled). Exit pairing mode by
pressing the power button once, or wait 30 seconds. If pairing was successful, the Treat
Dispenser LEDs will flash orange for confirmation.
4. To test the pairing, push and release the Handheld Remote button once. If paired
correctly, the Treat Dispenser will dispense treats/kibble (if filled).
5. If the Handheld Remote is still not pairing, please contact the Customer Care Center.
