. To avoid over inflation, carefully follow

instructions on items to be inflated. To avoid product
damage, never exceed recommended pressures.

APPLicATiONS

You may use this inflator for the purpose listed below:

Inflating high pressure items like motorcycle, car, and
bicycle tires

Inflating and deflating low pressure items like air mat-
tresses, rafts and floats

Illuminating any areas requiring additional light

NOTE: The inflator is not designed for commercial application.

POWERiNg THE iNfLATOR

See Figure 2, page 12.
Turn inflator off and connect the unit to a 12 V DC power
supply using the 12V adaptor.
NOTE: The inflator will not function unless connected to a
12V DC power source.

180º ROTATiNg WORkLigHT

See Figure 3, page 12.
Your inflator has a worklight that can be rotated 180° back
and forth. To turn the worklight ON, depress the worklight
on/off switch to the on position. To turn it OFF, depress the

WARNiNg:

Do not direct the light beam at persons or animals and
do not stare into the light beam yourself (not even from a
distance). Staring into the light beam may result in serious
injury or vision loss.

HigH PRESSURE AiR HOSE

See Figure 4, page 12.
The high pressure air hose is used for inflating high pressure
items like motorcycle, car, and bicycle tires.

AccESSORY cOMPARTMENT

See Figure 5, page 13.
The low pressure air hose and other inflator accessories
can be stored in the accessory compartment located on the
bottom of the inflator. To open the accessory compartment,

See Figure 6, page 13.
To turn the inflator ON, depress the inflator on/off switch
to the on position. To turn it OFF, depress the switch to the
off position.

USiNg THE 9” HigH VOLUME/LOW PRESSURE
(HVLP) fLEXi HOSE

See Figures 7 - 8, page 13.
The low pressure air hose can be used to inflate or deflate
low pressure items.
To inflate using the low pressure hose:

Turn the inflator off.

Attach the low pressure hose to the low pressure inflator
outlet.

Place the low pressure hose onto the stem valve of the
object to be inflated.

NOTE: The low pressure hose comes with two nozzles
attached. Connect the nozzle that best suits your
application or use the low pressure hose by itself.

Turn on the inflator and inflate item to desired pressure.

Turn off the unit once inflation is complete.

To deflate using the low pressure hose:

Turn the inflator off.

Attach the low pressure hose to the the low pressure
deflator inlet.

Place the low pressure hose onto the stem valve of the
object to be deflated.

NOTE: The low pressure hose comes with two nozzles
attached. Connect the nozzle that best suits your
application or use the low pressure hose by itself.

Turn on the unit and deflate the item.

Turn off the unit once deflation is complete.

iNfLATiNg WiTH THE HigH PRESSURE AiR
HOSE

See Figure 9, page 13.
The air chuck on the high pressure air hose can be used
without adaptors to inflate tires or with any application that
has a valve stem that fits the air chuck opening.

Turn the inflator off.

Position air chuck clamp in the unlock position
perpendicular to the high pressure air hose.

Place air chuck on valve stem.

Push air chuck down so that the threaded section of the
valve stem is inside the air chuck.

Clamp the end of the air chuck down onto the valve
