1.Pull down piston and pour oil
into shock cylinder.
2.To remove air bubbles by
slowly moving piston up and
down.
3.Pull down piston, attach
pressure top and shock oil
overflow with tissue paper.

*Be careful not to damage shock shaft.

ASSEMBLY OF THE SHOCK CAP AND SPRING

ASSEMBLY OF THE SHOCK SHAFT

Down

Move slowly.

Fill the shocks
with oil.

ASSEMBLY OF THE FRONT AND REAR SHOCKS

Make 4 shocks for Front and Rear

1. Pull down piston, attach
pressure top and shock oil
overflow with tissue paper.

Step 2

4.Front shocks with oil #80.

Rear shocks with oil #60.

*Do not overtighten the 40060
nylon nut.

N.B. Do not over tighten as the

plastic will strip.

*Carefully screw the shock shaft into
the bottom of the plastic ball end
until the total length is 85mm .

CORRECT SHOCK ASSEMBLY

* Fit the pressure top
into the groove of the
shock cap before assembly.
