Surveying

Use the Surveying Programme the TPS400 or TPS800 to record the data so that it can
be output as Co-ordinates.
MENU, F1 Programs, F1 Surveying

Use the

F2 Set Station option to use Co-ordinates uploaded to the TPS400 or TPS800

prior to going to the field, or to enter the Co-ordinates manually.

The

F2 Set Station option should be used for each new Instrument Set Up. A DXF file is

a file of co-ordinates and the Station and Orientation data is required for the
computation of the co-ordinates of the points for the DXF file. The program will use
the computed bearing from the Instrument Station co-ordinates to the RO Station co-
ordinates, or the input Angle, to set the orientation of the Instrument.

Codes

The Codes placed in the layer

CODE are the contents of Code field in the Codelist.

The Code must always be recorded before the Measurement.
