Adjusting the Volume B
The PSS-50/190 volume can be adjusted in 11 steps. The volume is automatically set to
“normal*’ when the POWER switch is turned ON.

Press the VOLUME □ button to increase volume or the VOLUME □ button to
decrease volume. The volume is increased or decreased slightly each time the corresponding

Playing a Rhythm Pattern □
The PSS-50 has 19 different rhythm patterns and the PSS-190 has 22 patterns that can be
selected and played by pressing the appropriate white key on the keyboard while holding

the □ button.

To play the SWING rhythm, for example, hold the □ button and press the
SELECT
white key on the keyboard labelled “SWING” in the green band above the keyboard.
The SWING rhythm will begin playing immediately.
The rhythm pattern can be stopped at any time by pressing the □ button.
STOP
* A different rhythm pattern can be selected in the same way even while a rhythm pattern
is playing. In this case the new rhythm pattern begins playing from the beginning of the
next measure.

Die Lautstärke des PSS-50/1 90 kann in elf Stufen geregelt werden. Beim Einschalten
wird automatisch die Normaliautstärke vorgewählt. Zum Erhöhen der Lautstärke tippt

Das PSS-50 bietet neunzehn und das PSS-190 zweiundzwanzig heiße Rhythmen. Um

Um zum Beispiel den SWING-Rhythmus zu spielen müssen Sie nur die weiße Taste,
die im grünen Band über der Klaviatur mit SWING gekennzeichnet ist, zusammen mit
RHVTIM/SOMG
der □ -Taste betätigen. Der SWING-Rhythmus beginnt sofort. Die Rhythmus-
begteitung kann jederzeit durch Drücken de , □ -Taste abgeschaltet werden.
Sie können jederzeit während Abspielen eines Rhythmus einen anderen wählen. Der
neue Rhythmus setzt dann zu Beginn des nächsten Taktes ein.
