Function Operation
Read a Message flS SB SB
Use (Y) or (A) to display additional messages. Messages that have not been read
will be displayed with a asterisk after the message number.
To select a message enter the message number. The rest of the message can be
read by pressing ® or ®.
Return a Call
Use ® or ® to disjlay the word “SENDER” or a telephone number in quotation
marks (“ ”). Press D to make a call to the displayed number.
Store Sender’s Number in Memory
Use ® or ® to display the word “SENDER”, then press 0.
Enter a name tag, if required, then press The “SENDERS” telephone number
will be displayed where it can be edited.
Press (33 to enter the telephone number. Select “PHONE BOOK” or “FIXED DIAL”
by pressing® or ®.
Enter the location number and PIN2 if “FIXED DIAL” was selected.
Reply to Message
Use ® or® to display “REPLY?”, then press (33.
Enter your reply message followed by (!1^. Press O to send the reply.
Delete a Message flS S @
Enter the message number that you wish to delete, then press (!1^.
Automatically Clear Messages OIEB
This will automatically delete a message when a new message Is received.
OFF: Switches off automatic delete.
READ: A new message will overwrite the oldest read message.
ALL: A new message will overwrite the oldest read message then the oldest unread
message.
Select the option required by pressing ® or ®, then (!1^.
