Step 1.
Begin by removing the existing exhaust system.
Depending on the down pipes you have from the headers
you will need to cut both the new Inlet Pipes to fit. Slip the
Inlet Pipes outlets into the X-Pipe Assembly's inlet pipes.
Loosesly secure using the supplied clamps.
Step 2.
Loosely install both Muffler Assemblies, Over
Axle Pipes and Tail Pipes in a similar fashion using the
supplied clamps.
Step 3.
With the new system loosely installed you will
see where the welded hangers on the Muffler Assemblies
locate to the vehicles chassis. You will need to drill a hole
in the chassis to locate the supplied threaded hangers
and secure with the nuts in the hardware kit as shown.
Next attach both hangers using the supplied Rubber
Insulators.
Step 4.
The welded bracket on each Over Axle Pipe
needs to be attached to the chassis also. A hole will have
to be drilled to locate the supplied mounting hardware and
rubber grommet as shown.
