TI-25DL may perform a measurement that is larger or smaller than it
should be. This phenomenon is obvious when one thickness value is
observed while the probe is in contact with the material, and another
value after the probe is removed.
c. The gauge will automatically power off after 5 minutes of non-use.
3. Press the or key until “ALAr” is shown on the display.
4. Press the key to change the alarm mode from “OFF” to “ON.”
Each time the SEND key is pressed the alarm mode will change.
The “nominal” value (alarm limit) will then be displayed with the units
indicator “IN” or “MM” flashing on and off. Press the or keys
to change the displayed value to the desired nominal (alarm) value.
5. Press the key to store the selected nominal value.
6. Press the key to return to the previous measurement mode.
