3. Press

SEARCH

to start the search. An index display of all data items in the

mode whose initial characters match those that you specified appears on the
display.

To clear the “SEARCH” indicator from the display (and cancel the current
search operation), press either

ESC

or

SEARCH

. The search operation is

also canceled when you change modes, or by any data edit or input
operation.

If no data item matches your specification, the message “NOT FOUND!’’
appears on the display.

If there is no data stored in memory, the message “NO DATA!’’ appears on
the display.

When one of the above error messages appears, you can press

ESC

,

H,

or

J to display your original specification. Make any necessary changes

and try again. If you don’t want to try again, press

CLEAR

to clear the

error message.

4. Scroll through the index display item-by-item using

K and L. You can

also scroll to the next page of items by pressing

SHIFT

K or

SHIFT

L.

5. When the entry of the data item you are looking for is in the top line

(second line in the Schedule Keeper Mode) of the display, press

DISP CHNG

to switch to the full data display.

Notes
Note the following when searching for a date in the Reminder Mode.

When searching for an annual reminder, be sure to input both the month and
date. To search for an annual reminder for October 5, input
