Demonstration and Test Licenses
Demonstration licenses offer the full functionality of all three license types, but stamps each
page with an imprint.
However, you can also purchase a test system license that is not available for use in a
production system. This license costs less than the license for the production environment,
and does not stamp pages with the imprint.
Backup License
You can also purchase backup licenses for disaster recovery on high-availability systems.
Backup licenses replicate KEC-ERP and Kofax Capture processes.
License Upgrades
You can upgrade from a limited license to a license that offers greater functionality.
For example, you can upgrade from a Light license to the Full license. See your Kofax
representative for details.
