This is done by setting the following registry values:

Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\DumpType=1 Create mini dumps
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\DumpFolder=
“C:\TOPCALL\SHARED\CrashDumps” Folder for mini dump files
(holds the last 10 dumps)
In addition, if Enable User-Mode Dumps is selected, the startup type of the Windows Error Reporting
service will be set from Manual to Automatic.
