Running the Application
Operation
All INDICIUS email functionality assumes that the Kofax Capture Import Connector -
Email is used to import emails into Kofax Capture batches and that the INDICIUS Email
Batch Converter is used after import to convert to the required structure.
Application Behavior
When the INDICIUS Email Batch Converter is run, it waits for a batch to become
available. As soon as one does, it is processed through the application.
As the batch is processed, the application displays page, document and batch level
progress. If no batch is currently being processed, no data is displayed.
The application also displays a log of messages, allowing the user to track state
changes in the application. The most recent messages appear at the top of the log.
The following batch processing information is displayed in the status bar:
ƒ Total number of batches processed.
ƒ Total number of documents processed.
ƒ Total number of pages processed.
ƒ Time elapsed since the module was started.
