Action

• There is no data stored in memory.

• There is not enough unused

memory to perform the operation.

• Printer is performing printing

operation.

• Printing is paused for a tape cut

operation.

• The name you are using when

storing data in memory is already
used.

• Text is too long to fit in the

specified tape length.

• Text has too many lines to fit on

tape.

• Text has too many line to fit into a

frame.

• Unit is asking for the starting point

of the operation you are perform-
ing.

• Previously input text cannot be

combined with new input text.

• Current operation cannot be

performed using 6mm tape.

• The operation you have selected

will clear the text you previously
input.

• Memory data has become

corrupted for some reason.

• Memory initialization is required.

• Unit is requesting input of text.

• Battery power is low.

• Memory is full and data cannot be

stored.

• Input text exceeds the range of the

selected format.

• Store some data before trying to

perform this operation.

• Reduce the size of the data you

are trying to store or delete data
already stored to make room for
the new data.

• Wait for printing operation to end.

• Cut the tape and then press SET to

resume printing.

• Use a different name or delete the

data in memory this is under the
same name.

• Reduce the size of the characters

or shorten the text.

• Reduce the number of lines.

• Reduce line number of lines.

• Use H and J to move the cursor

to the starting point and press SET
to specify it.

• Perform the operation and input

new text.

• Change to a different tape size.

• Proceed with the opera-tion (and

clear the text), or press ESC to
abort without clearing anything.

• Reset the unit. Note that the reset

operation deletes all data in
memory.

• Initialize memory.

• Input the text you want to print.

• Replace batteries or use AC

adapter.

• Delete data you no longer need

and make room for new data.

• Shorten text or use a different

format.
