Recording a tape

To pause recording

Press the REC PAUSE button. i .

To stop recording

Press _the ■ button, then stop the source component,

To record again after a mistake

1 Press the ◄◄ or ►► button to rewind .the.tape. The.,

recording stops, the tape rewinds to the beginning of

Play the source again.

To record tapes so you can search for tracks

If you record blank space of at least 4 seconds between

tracks on .tapes you record, you .can use the DPSS .

feature (see page 39) to look for a.specific..track ..

If you're in the. STOP, mode, press'the REC/ARM button,

If you're recording, press the REC/ARM button once.. .

After recording a-4-second blank space, the deck enters

the RECORD/PAUSE mode.;
