This VCR has been designed to stand the use over long periods. Nevertheless; we recommend you to carry out regular daily
inspection to insure problem-free use.

It is particularly important to carry out daily checks when using the VCR for repeat recording.
Order of Daily Checks
Turn the power ON for this VCR and for the connected
devices in the surveillance system including the video
camera and monitor TV.
Press the PLAY button.
>■ PWY ■ STOP
Does the correct picture appear in the monitor TV?
Is the date-time display correct on the monitor TV?
Rewind the tape several digits on the section you
recorded the previous day.
Is the playback picture normal?
Is there anything abnormal about the recorded date
and time?

Press the REC button.

Check the playback picture recorded in A2 hour mode.
Press the v or
a
TIME MODE button to go to the
A2-hour mode.
