aaGetModemStatus
Gets a device’s modem status.
aaGetModemStatus(Dev)
int Dev:
Device number
unsigned char State of the modem control inputs
using the COM_MDM_CTS ,
COM_MDM_DSR , and
COM_MDM_CD flags. If a flag is set
that modem line is ON , if a flag is
not set that modem line is OFF .
