Overview

The PmodRJ45 Connector Modules can link
any Digilent Pmod to any AVR-based or
FPGA-based Digilent board via a 6-pin header
port. The RJ45 modules come as a pair of
male and female boards.

Functional Description

The RJ45 modules are useful when a Pmod
needs to be separated from its host device
farther than a Pmod extension cable allows.
The RJ45 modules can be linked by any
commercially-available networking cable.

The male RJ45 module plugs into a port on a
control board such as the Nexys or Cerebot.
The female RJ45 module connects to any
Pmod. When a networking cable is plugged
into both the male and female modules, a
direct link is made between the control board
and the Pmod.
