Notes:

• You can shut the unit off manually before the Sleep Timer counts down to “00”

by pressing the STANDBY/ON button at any time.

• Remember that if you are falling asleep to CD you will also wake to CD, and if

you fall asleep to the Tuner you will also wake to the Tuner.

• If you are falling asleep to CD, the system will only operate until the CD ends.

If you set the Sleep Timer for 90 minutes but your CD is only 45 minutes long,

the music will stop after 45 minutes.

LISTENING TO AUXILIARY SOUND SOURCES (Main Unit Only)

1.) Connect the Audio Output jacks of your auxiliary sound source (TV, VCR,

DVD Player, Cassette Deck, Mini Disc player, etc., etc.,) to the AUX IN jack on

the front panel of the Amplifier/Subwoofer unit.

The connection cables are not included.

2.) Press the STANDBY/ON button on the front panel or remote control to turn

this system ‘On’.

3.) Press the AUX button on the front panel to

select the Auxiliary Source function. The AUX

indicator appears in the display together with

the correct time.

4.) Turn your auxiliary source ‘On’ and operate it as usual. The sound from the

auxiliary source will be heard through the speakers of this system.

5.) Adjust the main VOLUME and VARIABLE BASS CONTROL level controls of

this system as desired.
