When the user picks up the handset and dial the phone number, the CWP-100 starts searching the
pattern that coincide with the recent dial plan entries (from the bottom to the top).

In case the user dial “00123” and press “#” to make an outgoing call;

The CWP-100 will edit the final dialing number as “5551231004” and attempt the outgoing VoIP call.

In case the user dial “85556677” and press “#” to make an outgoing call;

The CWP-100 will edit the final dialing number as “5556677” and attempt the outgoing VoIP call to

“192.168.0.41”.

In case the user dial “5550001” and press “#” to make an outgoing call;

The CWP-100 will not edit the final dialing number since there is no pattern that coincide with the dial plan

entries, and attempt the outgoing call to “5550001”

9.4. NAT Traversal Configuration

The CWP-100 can enable NAT traversal when the CWP-100 has a private IP behind NAT environment. Then
the CWP-100 is able to make and receive external VoIP calls behind NAT. The user may use the external
STUN server or directly use the NAT router’s IP address to use NAT traversal.
