COMPUTER OPERATION

P-4 Weight Loss

The Weight Loss program is designed for low to medium intensity training that the user can sustain for an extended period of time.
It builds from a low intensity baseline to include segments of higher incline and resistance as well as segments that use higher
resistance at the base incline. The constant variety provides for periods of higher energy expenditure and training effect with less
fatigue, allowing the user to exercise for longer periods of time.
