NESTING INSTRUCTIONS

Your Rocket carts have been designed to fold up and nest together when not in use. The following
images show the steps in the process in order for the carts to properly nest together.

1. Clear shelf of

any material

2. Fold up shelves and
ensure they are properly
latched

3. Fold in left

side of cart

4. Nest carts together

for storing. (Do not

attempt to transport

nested carts.)

SHELF INSTRUCTIONS

The warning labels shown below can be found on the underside of the shelves (Safety Latch label is only under
the top shelf). The shelf latch is capable of producing false positives if it used improperly while in the “UP”
position. All users of this cart must clearly understand operation of both the mechanical and latch pin mecha-
nisms and always double check that all components of the mechanisms are in working order and are being used
properly. If the shelf is in the “UP” position and not securely latched, it is capable of falling down and creating
a hazardous situation.

OPERATOR NOTE

CAUTION: Never operate the shelf mechanisms by reaching from the front of cart (see image on right
below). Doing so puts you in the path of the shelf if it should fall. Always operate the shelf mechanisms
from the side by reaching into the cart. Shelf pin must be held in back position throughout full range of
motion.

WEIGHT CAPACITIES

Rocket carts have specifi c load capabilities that can not be exceeded. The overall maximum load
capacity for one of these carts is 750 lbs when it is evenly distributed. The maximum load for the top
shelf is 250 lbs when evenly distributed. Exceeding these limits may result in failure of the cart.

ALWAYS operate shelf mechanisms

from side of cart

NEVER operate shelf mechanisms by

reaching from the front of cart
