components including the muffler or tailpipe.
• ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM
removal or rendering inoperative the fan clutch; or
removal of the fan shroud.
5.3 Tire Express Limited Warranty
Chrysler Group LLC provides an express limited war-
ranty to the original purchaser of this vehicle that at the
time of sale of this vehicle, the tires on this vehicle (1)
conform to requirements of the United States Environ-
mental Protection Agency’s greenhouse gas standards
and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administra-
tion’s fuel economy standards, and (2) shall remain free
of defects in materials and workmanship that would
cause the tires to fail to conform to such requirements for
a period of 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs
first, starting with the date of the sale of the vehicle to the
original purchaser.
