3. Remove the large screw at the rear of the
Control handle ana the small screw directly

4. Separate the fan housing from me engine.
5. If starter rope is rtot broken, release the spring
tension by pulling abouttO inches of rope from the
pulley and catch me rope m the notch as shown.
