Watch Settings

Select the value you want to change and press OK. Adjust the values with UP/DOWN and confirm with OK.

HeartTouch

training the time of day displayed. The backlight also lits up, providing that you have pressed the LIGHT
button during the training session.

Heart rate upper limit

helps you to train within your personal target heart rate zone (e.g. advised by a

and adjust the limit with UP/DOWN and press OK.

Maximum heart rate

is the highest number of heartbeats per minute (bpm) during maximum physical

exertion. Change the default value only if you know your laboratory-measured value.
