4 Live Video Preview Mode
Live previewing of your selected camera’s feed is possible from the VISIX IP Setup Utility. This
feature is useful for visually confirming the state of a camera feed before assigning it to your
VIGIL Server channels.
The Video Preview feature also enables the configuration of some in-camera settings on all
VISIX cameras on your network without ever needing to use each individual camera’s web
interface. To enable use of this feature, be sure to have a camera selected. From the the main
screen of the VISIX IP Setup utility, click the Video Preview button(highlighted below left.)
