R150/R230/R300 Operator’s Manual

Power Unit
Change Fuses
Change fuses as needed.
• blue with red stripe wire is 15A
• orange with blue stripe wire is 30A
Clean Cooler and Screen
Clean hydraulic fluid cooler and screen as
needed.
1. Remove bolts (1) and rear cushion (2).
2. Pop out screen (3) and clean.
3. Clean cooler fins (4) with compressed air or
spray wash if required. Be careful not to
damage fins with high-pressure air or water.
4. Install screen and rear cushion and secure
with bolts.

Power Unit Change fuses 15A, 30A
Clean cooler and screen
Adjust ground drive pump speed R230/R300 only
Adjust ground drive pump neutral
Set cruise control brake
Adjust cruise control brake
IMPORTANT: All units have a cooler but only
the R230 and R300 have a screen.
