How to power up your system
You should always power up your system in the following way:
Signal sources (CD player, tuner, etc.) first, then the PI-1.
When switching off your system
First turn of the PI-1, then the signal sources.
Error codes
If the PI-1 is not working properly, the display will show an error code.
These error codes are:
Error code
Description
ERR SC
Short circuit on the loudspeaker terminals. Make sure that the + and – parts of the
loudspeaker cables are not in contact and that the speaker cables are not in connect
with the PI-1.
ERR DC
Internal fault. Please contact service.
ERR TMP
The PI-1 has overheated. This is caused by either playing to loud for a long period
of time or not enough free space on the sides or above the PI-1.
Turn down the volume and make sure there is enough free space around the PI-1.
