6 Sensor Replacement
W ARNING : Power must be removed from the EX-6120, 6165 S ERIES IR before this or any internal procedure. Failure
to do so may cause damage to equipment, bodily injury or death.
6.1 Inferred Sensor
Step1
Remove the set screw counter-clockwise.
Step 2
Turn cover securing stud counter-clockwise to allow cover to open.
