Removing the Optical Device for Model B Computers
1. Turn off the computer, and turn it over and remove the battery and component bay
cover (see pages
6 - 4 & 6 - 6 ).
2. Remove the primary HDD assembly (see page 6 - 10 ).
3. Remove the screw at point , and use a screwdriver to carefully push out the
optical device at point .
4. Reverse the process to install the new device.
5. Replace the component bay cover (see page 6 - 8 ).
