NOTE: When remote monitoring via the internet, always hit "Refresh" on the browser
to make sure you are viewing the most up-to-date information.
The Configuration Screen (Figure 19) allows the user to view the current configuration of the
InfoStation chassis, such as enclosure ID and other chassis information.
NOTES: The Enclosure ID is used to identify each InfoStation within a multiple enclosure
configuration.
The InfoStation ID is a unique value assigned to each InfoStation for use with
the StorCase InfoMon Call Home feature. The Call Home feature is available to
assist StorCase Technical Support with system troubleshooting.
