Installation Instructions:
1. Before you begin the install you must disconnect the negative battery cable. Failure to disconnect the battery
may cause a check engine light or damage to your engine. (Fig A)
2. Lift up on the engine cover and remove it from the engine compartment. (Fig B)
3. Pull the factory breather hose line out of the factory air duct. (Fig C)
4. Using a small pry tool remove the tree rivet from the factory air duct. (Fig D)
5. Loosen the clamp holding the air duct to the MAF sensor. (Fig E)
6. Loosen the clamp holding the air duct to the throttle body. (Fig F)
7. Pull up and remove the factory air ducting. (Fig G)
8. Loosen the clamp holding the MAF sensor grommet to the air box. (Fig H)
9. Remove the MAF sensor and grommet from the factory air box. (Fig I)
10. Pull up on the factory air box and remove it. (Fig J)
11. Remove the 4 ‐ 10mm bolts holding the air box mounting tray in place. (Fig K)
12. Remove the factory mounting tray. (Fig L)
13. Remove the factory breather hose from the left side valve cover. (Fig M)
14. Place the Volant air box into the factory location. (Fig N)
15. Tighten the box in place using the 4 ‐ 10mm x 25 bolts, 1/4 lock washers and 7/8 washers. (Fig O)
16. Press the 5119 Pro5 filter or 61517 Donaldson PowerCore filter onto the filter flange. (Fig P)
17. Tighten the filter to the flange with a 5/16 socket or nut driver only. (Fig Q)
18. Tighten MAF sensor grommet and sensor to the filter flange with a 5/16 socket or nut driver only. (Fig R)
19. Tighten the supplied hump hose to the MAF sensor using a 5/16 socket or nut driver only. (Fig S)
20. Press the supplied 3/8 breather hose onto the factory port on the left side valve cover. (Fig T)
21. Press the supplied throttle body grommet onto the Volant duct. (Fig U)
