CD AND MP3/WMA DISC OPERATION

SWITCHING TO CD MODE

If there is no CD(or MP3/WMA) inserted in the driver:
Gently insert a CD(or MP3/WMA) with the printed side uppermost into the CD compartment until you feel some
resistance. The CD(or MP3/WMA) is drawn into the driver automatically. CD(or MP3/WMA) playback begins.
If a CD(or MP3/WMA) is already inserted in the driver:
Keep pressing MOD button (20) shortly until the CD mode display appears.

SELECTING TRACKS
Press

button (4) or

button (18) to move to the previous track or the following track. Track number shows on

display.
Hold

button (4) or

button (18) to fast reverse or fast forward. CD play starts from when you release the

button.

PAUSING PLAYING
Press

1/>II

button (17) to pause CD player. Press it again to resume play.

PREVIEWING ALL TRACKS
Press 2/INT button (16) to play first 10 seconds of each track on the current disc. Press again to stop intro and listen
to track.

When playing MP3/WMA disc, press and hold 2/INT button (16) will play first 10 seconds of each track in

the current folder. press it again will exit this mode

REPEATING THE SAME TRACK
Press 3/RPT button (15) to continuously repeat the same track. Press it again to stop repeat. When playing
MP3/WMA disc, press and hold 3/RPT button (15) will repeat all the tracks in the current folder. Press it again will
exit this mode.

PLAYING ALL TRACKS IN RANDOM

Press 4/RDM button (14) to play all tracks on CD in random order. Press again to cancel the function. When playing

MP3/WMA disc, press and hold 4/RDM button (14) will play all tracks (in the current folder) in random order. Press it

again will exit this mode.

EJECTING A DISC
Press

button (9) to stop CD playing and eject the disc from the disc slot (7).

SPECIAL FUNCTIONS FOR MP3/ WMA DISC

1) SELECTING DIRECTORY UP/DOWN
Press 5/DIR- button (13) or 6/DIR+ button (12) to select directory downward or upward. If the MP3/WMA disc

does not contain any directory, there is no function of pressing 5/DIR- button (13) or 6/DIR+ button (12).

2) SELECTING FILE BY TRACK NO.

Press

“AS/PS/SCH”(21) button. It is track no searching. It will show “T *” on LCD. Using

1/2/3/4/5/6/7(MOD)/8(

)/9(

) button to enter the track number. After finished. Press SEL(or BND) button to

start to play. Or use vol/sel (2) to scroll to the desired track number.

3) SELECTING FILE BY FILE NAME.

Press

“AS/PS/SCH” button(21) 2 times. It is file name searching. It will show “*” on LCD. Rotating VOL button to

select letter. After finished. Press BND button to start to play. If more than 1 file was found. It will list the totle quantity
on LCD. Then rotating VOL button to select file. Press SEL(or BND) button to play. If don’t find this file. It will show

”no found” on LCD then exit to file name search mode. Let you enter a correct file name again….

4) SELECTING FILE BY FOLDER.

Press

“AS/PS/SCH” button 3 times. It is folder searching. It will list folders on LCD. Rotating the VOL button to

select folder. Press SEL button to enter this folder. Rotating VOL button to select file. Then press SEL(or BND)
button to play.

USB PLAY OPERATION

In the front panel of the unit, there is an USB interface (11). You can connect an USB driver through this interface.

When you connect an USB driver through the interface, the unit will search the MP3/WMA files in the USB driver
and start to play MP3/WMA files automatically.

If in other mode, you can also press MOD button (20) to select USB mode.
When playing the MP3 files or WMA files in the device, the operation is the same with the MP3/WMA operation
described above.

SD PLAY OPERATION

In the front panel of the unit, there is an SD card interface (10). When you insert a SD card in the SD interface, the
unit will search the MP3/WMA files in the card and start to play MP3/WMA files automatically. The operation is the
same with the MP3/WMA operation described above. If in other mode, you can also press MOD button (20) to select
SD mode.
