TROUBLESHOOTING

6.1

Module does not connect to the portal

Module configured? (see chapter 3.2)

Port forwarding activated? (see chapter 3.1)

Check the data connection on your module: SMS “CDC”

Does the firewall on the PC block the Portal? Check your security settings or ask your system

administrator.

6.2

Module does not connect to the portal but has been connected

Restart Portal

Restart module: SMS “WRESET”

Check the data connection on your module: SMS “CDC”
