Model and Serial Number Information
If you have any questions regarding our products please
have the product model and serial numbers available upon
calling your Travis Industries, Inc. dealer. The catalogue/
model and serial numbers are located behind the glass and
under the Log Set (Figure 1).
For instructions on accessing the model and serial number
information, refer to the Unpacking instructions in the next
section.

The fireplace is packaged in such a way as to prevent
damage to the Front Glass and Log Set. This packaging
must be removed before operation.
1. Remove all exterior bags and packaging from the
fireplace.
2. Remove six (6) Phillips screws as shown in Figure 2 and
remove the Exhaust Vent Assembly.

3. Remove six (6) Phillips screws from the Glass Retainer
Bracket (Figure 3) and remove the bracket.
4. The Front Glass sits inside a shallow groove just above
the speakers. To remove the glass, lift
it up and off the
groove (Figure 3). The corner protectors may be discarded.

The serial number label below must be attached
to the right side flange (see Figure 1). An
additional label is affixed to the right for future
reference.
