Using the chart below, type the number that corresponds to
the ASCII character that was assigned to the download
graphic. This ASCII character is called the GID (Graphics
Identification) in other documentation. Press ENTER.

Use arrow keys to move to UPPER LEFT
CORNER for the GRAPHIC box. Press ENTER.

Use the arrow keys to move to the starting point for the
graphic location and press ENTER. You will see:
Use arrow keys to EXPAND BOX to correct
size. Press ENTER when done.

Adjust the size of the graphic print are (the box):

to expand the box horizontally to the right, press the
right arrow
•
to collapse the box horizontally to the left, press the Left
Arrow.
•
to expand the box vertically, press the Down Arrow.
•
to collapse the box vertically, press the Up Arrow.
Press ENTER when the box is the size you need.
The Edit Format Menu will reappear.
