6.3 Instructions for Replacing Parts
LED Module Replacement
To remove and replace an LED module:
1. Disconnect the main supply power to the section
being serviced.

2. Remove the face panel as described in Section 6.2.
3. Each module is held in place by 5/16”hex nuts at
six locations. Remove the securing nuts (refer to
Figure 20).
4. Carefully lift the module out of the display. Note:
All power and signal cables are still connected
(Figure 21).
5. Disconnect the cables from the back of the module,
noting their location. The module is then no longer
attached to the display.
6. Follow the previous steps in reverse order to
reattach a module. Refer to the Schematic for
additional wiring information.
